Health is a dated human judgment, not a task-completion score.
Turn recorded work into a draft update. Review it, add your judgment, and publish it for the workspace’s stakeholders to read.

A named owner. A clear next step. Keep responsibility visible. Record the outcome and next action without building a system to manage them.
The work is already the first draft. Project Pulse gathers what moved, what remains, and what’s blocked. Review it, then publish for stakeholders.
Project Pulse turns the work you record into a useful starting point. Your judgment makes it an update worth sharing.
Finish a task. Record a blocker. Set the next action. Keep the project’s record useful.
Pulse lists what moved, what remains, and what needs attention. Edit it and confirm your assessment.
Publish the reviewed update. Read-only stakeholders can see it in the workspace, without a paid seat.
Illustrative workflow. Drafts use recorded tasks and project details. The owner decides what to publish.

Why so affordable? Focused scope, efficient engineering, and fewer things you don’t need to pay for.
Stay because it helps. Export because it’s yours.
Download your workspace, including archived projects, tasks, comments, and published updates. Complete exports are included on the free plan, too.
One ZIP download. Useful beyond K2Projects.
A small price should mean fewer costs.
It shouldn’t mean more questions.
We keep the product focused and the engineering efficient. You pay for clear coordination, without funding an elaborate system your small team has to maintain. Project Pulse builds drafts from recorded work, with no paid AI add-on required.
Together includes up to 30 contributors, including the workspace owner. Add people within that limit and your workspace subscription stays $9/month. There are no per-seat charges. Thirty is the limit, not the start of an automatic overage bill.
Start includes 3 contributors and 2 active projects per workspace. You get tasks, My Focus, Project Pulse, free read-only stakeholders, and complete exports. No card is needed to start. Upgrade a workspace when you need more room.
No. Read-only stakeholders are free on both plans and do not use contributor places. They can see the workspace’s projects and published updates. Invite them to a workspace whose contents they should be able to read; stakeholder access is workspace-wide.
Yes, on either plan. Download a ZIP archive with readable Markdown project files, spreadsheet-ready CSV tables, and a complete JSON workspace record. Projects, tasks, comments, published Pulses, input requests, and archived projects come with you.
Cancel through Billing. Your paid access continues until the end of the paid period. After that, free-plan limits apply when you add projects or contributors. Existing work stays accessible, and exports remain free. Each workspace has its own subscription.
Start with a project name. Add a task, give it an owner, and go. Dates, context, and collaborators can follow. There are no required custom fields, workflow builders, or templates to configure first.
An editable draft listing completed work, remaining tasks, recorded blockers or missed dates, and the project’s next action. It includes the owner’s dated health assessment. The owner reviews and edits it before publishing it to the workspace. Nothing is automatically sent to a client.
The same task updates feed My Focus and the next Pulse draft. You still record progress and review important judgments. K2Projects is designed to make that useful record do more work, so you spend less time collecting it again for a status update.
Name your first project. Give the next task an owner.
Get moving.
